AUTOMATED CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
This automated conveyor system streamlines material handling, sorting, and order fulfillment. On the ground floor, a main conveyor with 32 branches directs bins through scanning, sorting, and loading processes before transferring them to an inclined conveyor. Bins are then carried above the mezzanine to a 2-tier long-span conveyor with 14 perpendicular lanes for order segregation and packing. Packed orders and empty bins move via an automated lower level back to the long-span conveyor, which transfers them to a decline conveyor for dispatch on the ground floor. Empty bins are stacked for reuse, ensuring continuous operation.
